From a financial point of view the Tweede Kamer is a normal business; with salary for MP’s ( the indemnification) and civil servants, costs for operational management, maintenance of the buildings, etc. Once a year de Tweede Kamer holds a debate about the ‘Raming ’ (estimates) The Presidium and the Management team than present the housekeeping book of the Tweede Kamer and the budget for the next year. The Finance and Administration Office formulates this estimate, monitors the spending of means, pays the salaries and indemnifications and records financial transactions.
