On Monday 8 October a delegation of Dutch MPs will pay a visit to Brussels. The MPs will have talks with some key role players in the debate about Europe's economic and monetary future.

The Dutch MPs will meet with Mr Herman van Rompuy, President of the European Council, shortly before his presentation, at the Council meeting of 18 and 19 October, of an important report on Europe's economic, monetary and political cooperation. The financial situation of the European Union will be discussed with EU Commissioner on Financial Programming and Budget, Mr Janusz Lewandowski.
