Bureau for Information Management and Projects

The Bureau for Information Management and Projects (Bureau IP) establishes the House of Representatives' information management policy and translates the functional needs of the organization into ICT requirements. Bureau IP acts as an intermediary between the organizational units and the ICT Department with regard to ICT needs that do not fall within the standard services of the ICT Department.

Bureau IP advises on and supports ICT-projects of the House of Representatives and checks these projects against the principles of the House of Representatives' ICT architecture. It supervises the coherence between the various projects, and in doing so, the continuity of the digital developments within the House of Representatives. Information security plays an important part in this. Moreover, Bureau IP coordinates all activities in the field of functional (applications) management and is responsible for the IT  infrastructure.
