Social Affairs and Employment

The Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Employment deals with income-related matters, such as employment, benefits and pensions. The committee is made up of spokespersons from the various parliamentary groups, all of whom have their own views on topics such as healthy and safe working conditions, social security, salaries and childcare. Together, they oversee the work of the government. That is why the committee regularly holds debates with the Minister and the State Secretary of Social Affairs and Employment.
