President of the House of Representatives receives delegation St Maarten
On Thursday 17 March, the President of the House of Representatives will receive the Prime Minister and the Minister Plenipotentiary of St Maarten.
On Thursday 17 March, the President of the House of Representatives will receive the Prime Minister of St Maarten, Sarah Wescot-Williams, and the Minister Plenipotentiary of St Maarten, Mathias Voges.
Visit
Prime Minister Sarah Wescot-Willems of St Maarten will pay a working visit to the Netherlands from Tuesday 15 till Saturday 19 March. In addition to the visit to the House of Representatives, she will also visit Queen Beatrix and will speak with Minister Donner of Interior and Kingdom Relations about financial control. In October 2010, with the dismantling of the Dutch Antilles, St Maarten became an independent nation.
