1. What drives you to serve as an MP?
I want to improve people’s lives and stand up for women’s rights in particular. I want to give a voice and a face to those who are unseen and unheard by politics.
2. What would you change about the Netherlands?
There are major challenges ahead, like the housing shortage, the need for good and affordable care and the fight against climate change. I hope we can move forward again and find solutions by making courageous decisions and working together.
3. Who inspires you?
Female leaders inspire me in every sense, whether in neighbourhoods, in politics or in business. Women who draw on their own strength to make a difference and inspire others give me a great deal of energy.
