President of the Dutch House receives Parliamentary History Yearbook 2011

On Wednesday 9 November, ms Ybeltje Berckmoes-Duindam of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) will be sworn in as Member of Parliament.
From Friday 14 to Thursday 20 October, a delegation of Dutch Members of Parliament visited Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean Netherlands.
From Friday 7 till Monday 10 October a delegation of Dutch Members of Parliament took part in the annual meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Bucharest, Romania.
On Thursday 29 September, the President of the House, ms Gerdi Verbeet, received the research report of the temporary committee on ‘Lessons from recent labour migration’.
On Thursday 22 and Friday 23 September, the Dutch House of Representatives will host the so-called Model European Parliament. Teenagers will simulate a debate of the European Parliament. The President of the House, ms Gerdi Verbeet, will deliver the opening speech.
On Tuesday 20 September at 3 pm, the minister of Finance, mr. De Jager, will present the famous “Third-Tuesday-of-September”-briefcase.
On Tuesday 26 July, the President of the House Ms. Gerdi Verbeet sent her condolences to the President of the Norwegian parliament, Mr. Dag Terje Andersen. On behalf of all the MPs she sent her condolences and support to the government and the people of Norway.
On Thursday 21 July, the committee of Finance and European Affairs will meet with the Dutch minister of Finance Mr. De Jager.
From Wednesday 6 until Sunday 10 July, a delegation of Members of the Dutch Parliament will take part in the annual meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE. This year, the meeting will take place in the Serbian capital of Belgrade.
