What does this MP stand for?
Three questions for Peter de Groot.
1. What drives you to serve as an MP?
There is a big gap between politics and people's day-to-day lives. I want to help close that gap, because it will benefit the country.
2. What would you change about the Netherlands?
It is essential that solutions actually work in the daily lives of our people and business owners. I feel the urgency to press ahead on housing, room for enterprise and a government that keeps its word. With my technical background, my experience in business and my roots in a family of contractors, I want to help create solutions that work in practice.
3. Who inspires you?
Mark Rutte. He is optimistic, positive, agile, builds bridges, looks ahead and always has great energy.
