On Tuesday 29 March the standing committee on European Affairs will speak with the European Commissioner for Budget and Financial Programming, Mr Janusz Lewandowski.

On Thursday 17 March, the President of the House of Representatives will receive the Prime Minister and the Minister Plenipotentiary of St Maarten.

On Thursday 17 March, the President of the House of Representatives will receive the President of the Norwegian parliament (the so called ‘Stortinget’).

On Wednesday 16 March, the President of the House of Representatives will receive the Annual Report 2010 of the National Ombudsman of the Netherlands.

On Wednesday 9 March, the House of Representatives will debate about the meeting of the European Council on Friday 11 March.

On Thursday 3 March, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm., the Committee of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation, will hold a round table meeting about food prices.

From Sunday 20 February till Monday 28 February, the Committee of Foreign Affairs paid a working visit to the Middle East. The delegation visited Lebanon, Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian areas.

On Friday 11, during the annual Lecturers Day, the President of the House of Representatives, Ms. Gerdi Verbeet, presented a set of teaching materials made by the Dutch House of Representatives.

On Tuesday 1 February, the state secretary of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry, mr Zsolt Németh, will visit the Dutch House of Representatives.

On Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 February, the House of Representatives will receive the President of the German Bundestag, Norbert Lammert.

On Tuesday 11 January, question time took place in a new form in the Plenary Hall of the Dutch House of Representatives.
