On Wednesday May 15 – Accountability Day – the Minister of Finance presents the National Financial Annual Report and the ministries’ annual reports in the House of Representatives.
From Tuesday 5 March until Friday 8 March 2013 the Inter-parliamentary Kingdom Consultation between the parliaments of the Netherlands, Curacao, Aruba and Sint Maarten takes place in The Hague.
The House of Representatives will be in recess from Friday 15 February 2013 until Monday 25 February 2013. The next plenary debate will be on Tuesday 26 February 2013.
The new King will be sworn in and inaugurated at a public and joint session of the two Houses of the States General, to be held in the Nieuwe Kerk Church in the capital city, Amsterdam.

The President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives have jointly notified the European Commission that both Houses have decided to show the "yellow card" to the proposal of the Commission on gender equality among non-executive directors of companies listed on stock exchanges.
On Friday 14 December the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ms Anouchka van Miltenburg, will have an introductory talk with representatives from Sint Maarten, Aruba and Curaçao.
On Wednesday 5 December 2012 Mr Maroš Šefčovič, one of the Vice-Presidents of the European Commission, will pay a visit to the House of Representatives.
On Wednesday 21 November the brainstorming group on the Costs and effects of climate and energy policy of the House of Representatives presented a review study on the Dutch climate and energy policy 1989-2012 to the standing committee on Infrastructure and the Environment and the standing committee on Economic Affairs.
