What does this MP stand for?
Three questions for Frederik Jansen.
1. What drives you to serve as an MP?
I spent the last few years running a business, which showed me how often entrepreneurs run into obstacles that stop them from getting on with their work, such as excessive red tape or long processing times. I now want to tackle those issues in a very concrete way.
2. What would you change about the Netherlands?
I want us to regain confidence in our country: the conviction that we have a right to a secure place in the future. That is what I hope to contribute to.
3. Who inspires you?
Elon Musk, because he took a critical look at the United States government and made it more efficient and less wasteful. I think something similar would do our country good.
